In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the m.fb001 website accessible at mfb001.app and all associated services, games, and features made available therein.
• "Operator" means the entity operating m.fb001, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and/or uses any of the services offered therein.

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access the services offered on m.fb001, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, you are required to complete the KYC identity verification process. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation as required by PAGCOR or applicable anti-money laundering laws.

Registration of an Account does not constitute automatic approval. The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, even if they are a family member or friend;
• You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting [email protected];
• The Operator will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately;
• All activity conducted through your Account credentials is deemed to be authorized by you. The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Deposits to your m.fb001 Account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) via PAGCOR-approved payment channels, which include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and debit/credit cards. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during operational hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by registered email or SMS before any fee is applied. The Account holder may reactivate the Account at any time by logging in and may withdraw any remaining balance at that time.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the m.fb001 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless a technical error has occurred on the Operator's end;
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet where there are reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using insider information, in collusion with other players, or in violation of applicable game rules;

Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to claim a specific promotion only once. The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds; systematic betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; use of automated tools or scripts; or collusion between players to exploit promotional offers.

Bonuses are subject to expiry dates as specified in their individual terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m.fb001 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Opening or operating more than one Player Account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA);
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• The Account is at risk of, or has been subject to, unauthorized access;
• Continued Account operation would breach any applicable law, PAGCOR regulation, or the Operator's legal obligations;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Operator's responsible gaming program.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach by the Player, the Account balance (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of any required KYC verification and pending investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator's liability to any Player in connection with the use of m.fb001 is limited as follows:

• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action;

• Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

All content on the m.fb001 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and promotional materials — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of m.fb001 that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal support process, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the Operator's online gaming license. You and the Operator agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal or regulatory channels.
